At Stickeradda, we take pride in providing high-quality customized stickers and wraps. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any concerns regarding your order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Since most of our products are custom-made, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The item received is incorrect (wrong design, size, or customization due to our error).
- The order was not delivered within the estimated shipping time due to our fault.
Note: Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless they fall under the conditions mentioned above.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for personal preference changes.
- Incorrect Information Provided by Customer: If the wrong design, text, or specifications were submitted during customization, we are not responsible.
- Minor Color Variations: Due to screen resolution differences, slight variations in color are normal and not considered a defect.
- Improper Application or Installation: Stickers or wraps damaged due to improper application are not eligible for refunds.
- Third-Party Shipping Issues: Delays or damages caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving the issue.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos/videos as proof.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Replacement & Exchange
- Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement or exchange for defective or incorrect items.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The customer may need to return the defective item before the replacement is issued.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account and payment method again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
